The National Council of Youth Organisations has been represented in the European Council

Deputy Chairman of the National Council of Youth Organizations Aysun Zeynalova participated in the plenary session of the “Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the European Council” held in the headquarters of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. 648 members including the cities mayors, municipal representatives and other officials took part in the plenary session.
It should be noted that the “Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the European Council” held the plenary session twice a year. Over three years, the Council of Europe carries out the "Young representative" program. According to the program, one young man is selected among the member countries of the Council of Europe and the young man takes part in the plenary session of the Congress within a year.
