A solemn ceremony dedicated to the “February 02 - the Day of Azerbaijan Youth”

A group of young people have been awarded with the Presidential awards at the ceremony dedicated to the “February 02 - the Day of Azerbaijan Youth”. 
A solemn ceremony dedicated to the “February 02 - the Day of Azerbaijan Youth” was held at the Buta Palace on February 02, 2018.
Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Hasanov, the Head of the Youth Policy and Sports Department of the Presidential Administration Yusuf Mammadaliyev, Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov, state and government officials, Parliament deputies and representatives of the youth organizations attended the event.
Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov spoke at the event about the state youth policy set by the national leader Heydar Aliyev in our country and noted that for 21 years our youth celebrated the Day of Azerbaijan Youth founded by great leader Heydar Aliyev. 
The Minister stressed the importance of the youth activity in the regions, along with the capital Baku, and stressed that the construction of the Youth Houses in the regions contributes to their employment and increase their knowledge and skills. 
Azad Rahimov especially emphasized the activities of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation led by the First Vice President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva in the development of our youth, in raising their talents and revealing their talents.

Then, in accordance with the Decree of the President, Reyhan Jamalova, Gulnar Elfidatli, Khagani Farajov, Agharahim Guliyev, Zumrud Safarova and Aysun Zeynalova were awarded with the diplomas and gifts for their activity in the field of culture, education and public activity.
The city of Nakhchivan was declared as the "Youth Capital of Azerbaijan" for the year 2018. It was noted that Nakhchivan was the winner of the online voting carried out on www.genclerpaytaxti.az.
Minister of Youth and Sports Azad Rahimov presented the symbol of the youth capital to the Minister of Youth and Sport of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Azad Jabbarov.
The event continued with an artistic part.
